As part of the Interactive Whiteboard ‘Conference within a Conference’, Mal Lee will deliver a keynote address ‘The Interactive Whiteboard Revolution – The Teachers' Perspective’ of the implementation of Interactive Whiteboard programmes in schools.

This will be followed after the morning tea break with a special presentation designed to be of particular value to principals and other school leaders entitled ‘The Interactive Whiteboard Revolution – The School Leaders' Perspective.’

After the second presentation, participants will have the opportunity to view and try the range of Interactive Whiteboards that are on the market, and the associated software, with demonstrations by experienced teachers.

The Interactive Whiteboard Revolution

This presentation will explore why within the decade most classrooms in the developed world will be using some kind of interactive whiteboard (IWB)

The session will examine the educational and economic reasons for building your ICT and education strategy around IWBs - and not personal computers - and provide a practical insight into the preparations required for a whole of school deployment.

Most importantly the session will examine how you can enhance the pedagogy of every teacher in your school, and improve student learning.
