Digital Storytelling using Microsoft Photo Story 3
By the end of this session you will have created your first digital story using Microsoft Photo Story3 incorporating still images, captions, narration and music. You will have the knowledge and skills to introduce digital storytelling with your students.
This is a BYO Computer workshop. Participants please install PhotoStory on your notebook computer before the presentation and make sure that you are able to record sound on your computer.

About the Presenter
Vicki Thomas has been a secondary computing teacher for past 15 years. She has taught Information Systems and a range of Year 12 non-TER subjects including Graphics Technology, Computer Fundamentals and Personal Information Technology. She has also been involved in developing and presenting a wide range of computing short courses for the general public.
For the past 4 years Vicki has been the Learning Technologies Manager at Canning College.
This role involves staying abreast of current developments in technology and eLearning and adapting useful approaches to meet the colleges needs. In this context she provides IT professional development for all College staff.
