Just a few resources and links that may be of help. I successfully applied for Level Classroom Teacher (L3CT) status in 2000. I originally failed to get through Stage 1 in 1998. I'm certainly NOT an expert, but failure can be a great teacher.
If you are serious about your application you will attend as musch Professional development of the process as you can find. The Teacher's Union usually offers PD, as do District Offices.
