Personal Critical Review/Reflective Review Outline
This outline may be used as part of a formal Performance Management process to guide a programme of self-review. (Variously called: "Critical", or "Reflective" review.)
Focus Issues The table below should be completed during preliminary discussions with your Line Manager. You should select no more than one, or two Focus Issues in any single Review Period. (A Review Period" may be any nominated time period from a few weeks to a full school year.)Lesson Planning |

Every month, or so, look over your notes in private, and reflect on the learning processes you have gone through. Write brief notes during the reflection process:
Following the personal Reflective Review you should make arrangements with your Line Manager to discuss matters raised during the process and consider strategies for addressing unresolved issues.
