Note for Teachers … This task and associated Task Level Assessment Sheet is one approach
to SOS assessment. The aim is to ensure a tight link between the Outcome
Statements and the actual assessment task while providing students with
instructions they can understand. This page outlines the basic Task to be
completed. The right-hand column on the Task
Level Assessment Sheet clearly explains what students must submit in
order to satisfy the requirements of each of the levels. The ND/S/H/VH marking key is used for

The Task Imagine you intend applying for this
job. Create a one-page application that
outlines your skills and previous experience. If you have had recent
employment experience you can include that in your application, otherwise
outline the skills you have that are relevant to the job. NOTE: Do not include any confidential
information. The actual letter will be an important
part of the selection process since it will showcase your skills with MS
Word. Insert a grey-scale photograph of
